THIS INDENTURE, made the 4th day of August in the

part y of the first part,
and HAROLD BEALS, residing at #56 Siebrecht Place, New Rochelle,
New York;
party of the second part,

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, his heirs

Long Island", prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E.., filed in the Suf-
folk County Clerk's Office May 10th, 1940 as map number 1310, together
with title to the center line of the roads in front of said lot number
eight (6), and together with an undivided one-twentieth (1/20th)
interest of, in and to so much of lots twenty-seven (27) and twenty-
eight-(28) on "Map of Property of Lida Bartley, klattituck, L.I.", .
which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office July 27th,
1922 under number 770, as are included in the extension of O1d.Salt
Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane
(sometimes called Rochelle Place), subject to a right of way of other
owners of numbered lots on the flap of Salt Lake Village, and property
to the north and west thereof, overthe same, and together with a
right of way over Salt Lake Lane .(sometimes called Rochelle Place)
to Bay Avenue.
