11 � that certain plot, piece, or parcel bof eing land with the buildings
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:-
On the East by land of Joseph Kirkup; on the South 75 feet by
land of the estate of Herbert M. Reeve, the said South boundary line being
an extention in the same direction of the Southerly boundary line of the
land of Joseph Kirkup adjoining the above described premises on the East;
on the West by other land of the estate of Herbert M. Reeve, the said
West boundary line being parallel to the West boundary line of land of
Joseph Kirkup and distant therefrom 75 feet throughout; on the North by
Long Island Sound.
Together with a right of way from the main North Country Road lead-
ing from Mattituck to Sound Ave us to and from the premises hereby con-
veyed, which said right of way runs along the Easterly line of land be-
longing to the es-,ate of Herbert M. Reeve and then curves towards the
Northwest and passes along the Southern boundary of the lots of Omar White
John H. Drown, and Joseph Kirkup. In case the owner or owners of the land
over which the right of way crosses desire to run said right of way along
the Eastely line of the land of the estate of Herbert M. Reeve until it
reaches the rear of the lots as shown on the survey of F. F. Overton, thence
passing along the Southerly boundary of the lots above referred to, the
right of way hereby conveyed shall follow that course instead of bearing
towards the Northwest as heretofore described.
