I have enclosed the property card and prior permits attached. In 1959 a certificate of occupancy was issued for "single family dwelling" however, that c. o was for an addition. In 1999 a certificate of occupancy was issued for additions & alterations . A small wood deck appears on the plans as "existing deck" and would have been included in the 1999 permit .
