Upon request of the Southold Town Building
Department I made inspection of this two story
framed dwelling and found the following violations
of Local Law #1, Housing Code, Town of Southold.
I was admitted through the west entrance by Mr. Hetzer
and began inspection at approximately 11:20 A.M.
Entrance Hall (west)- no light switch for
controlling light in hallway - Section 529b.
SECOND STORY
Stairway - from master bedroom to den - no
light switch top or bottom for safe ascent
or descent - Section 215c.
Bedroom (guest)- no light fixture - Section 208b.
General condition of interior and exterior, well
maintained, yard kept well and free of obstructions.
Inspection completed at approximately 12:00 noon.
