Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department,
I made inspection of this one story framed dwelling and found
the following violations of Chapter 52, Housing Code, Town
of Southold. I met Mr. Heger on the premises and he accompanied
me during the inspection which began at approximately 2:10 P.M.
The building consists of three bedrooms, living room,
kitchen, and one full bathroom. Heat is supplied to each
room from gas fired furnace located in crawl space of building's
foundation. Attic area used for storage, accessable from center
bedroom. Accessory building is a one car garage with dormant
outhouse attached to rear, now used for storage.
Crawl space - gas furnace and hot water heater, no shut-
off valve at unit. Sec. 52-52 B-~.~
Kitchen - No refrigerator. See 52-57 A.1.
Living Room - front entrance, no switch to control light
in room on entry. Sec. 52-56 A-1.
