erly line of West Road 100 feet to land now or formerly of Durland;
thence north 32 degrees- 00' 40" west along the last mentioned land
and through a concrete wall 250 feet to land now or formerly of
Williams; thence north 64 degrees 47' 10" east along the last men

running along the last mentioned land the following two courses and
distance$: (1) south 32 degrees 00' 40" east 50 feet; (2) north 64

thence south 32 degrees 00' 40" east along the last mentioned land
200 feet to the northerly line of West Road to the point or place
of beginning.

The party of the first part is the same person as the grantee named
Ali in deed, dated July 19, 1922, from George H. Fleet and Rate B.
Fleet, his wife, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
a in Liber 1077 of Deeds, at page 232, on August 29, 1923, and he is
�! also the same person as the grantee named in deed, dated May 11, 1929,
from James A. Hand and Agnes Hand, his wife, and recorded in said
Clerk's Office in Liber 1522 of Deeds, at page 79, on August 22,
1930•
