THIS INDENTURE,made the 17th day of June ,nineteen hundred and fifty-nine,
BETWEEN AUGUST SANTINI and LOUISA SANTINI his wife, both residing
at 22-16 94th Street, Jackson Heights, Queens, in the City and State
of New York,
party of the first part.and JANE R. THORNHILL, residing at 503 Front Street,
Greenport, Suffolk County, in the State of New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

icularly bounded and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at point on the Westerly side of Howard Avenue distant 120
feet Southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the West-
erly side of Howard Avenue with the Southerly side of Meday Avenue,
running thence South 76 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West 106.44 feet
to the division line of Lots 37 and 38 on said map; running thence
along the said division line south 6 degrees 23 minutes West 120.29
feet; running thence north 73 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds east 108.16
