paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York,
and more particularly bounded and described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed.
This conveyance is made subject to an existing mortgage held by
the Long Island Savings Bank in the remaining principal balance of
$134,642. 49, which mortgage is hereby assumed by the grantees,
for the purpose of evidencing such assumption The grantees have
joined in the execution of this deed.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being a part of a condominium in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Home No. 9
together with a 108 undivided interest in the common elements of
the condominium hereinafter described as the same is defined in
the Declaration of Condominium hereinafter referred to.

the condominium prepared and certified by Gary Cannella Associates
