County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as the
southerly one-half of Lot 362 on map entitled "Map of Section D,
Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate on Nassau Point,Suffolk
County, N.Y." surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Green-
port, N.Y., March 24, 1926, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County, which one-half lot, according to said map, is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGtMNG at a point on the easterly aide of Vanston Road distant 53
feet, as measured along said easterly aide, from the northwest corner
of Lot 362, as shown on said map, and from said point of beginning
running in a southerly direction along said easterly side of Vanston
Road 53 feet to the dividing line between Lots 362 and 363, as shown
on said map; running thence along said dividing line in an easterly
direction 263 feet to the westerly line of Lot 364, as shown on said
map; running thence In a northerly direction along the easterly line
of said Lot 362 46.5 feet; and running thence through said Lot 362
in a westerly direction to the easterly side of Vanston Road, the
point tr place of beginning.
