being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the westerly line of Lutherts Road,
which point bears South 19 degrees 48 minutes West along the said
westerly line of Lutharts Road 105.70 feet from the concrete monument
set at the southeasterly corner of Lot 195 on the Subdivision Map of
Captain Kidd Estates;
From said point of beginning running on a curve to the right
having a radius of 33.78 feet a distance of 43-05 feet to a point,
which bears North 87 degrees 11 minutes West 25.00 feet from a concrete
monument set in the westerly line of Lutherls Road;
Running thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line
of other lands of the parties of the first part North 87 degrees 11
minutes West 1006.38 feet to a concrete monument;
Continuing thence in a westerly direction still along the
southerly line of other lands of the parties of the first part South
