HOWELL, his wife, M m of Mineola, Nassau County, New York, parties of the first m m part, and NARY A. MILLIGAN and J. ELIZABETH MILLIGAN, of 76 Denhoff Avenue, Freeport, Nassau County, New York, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, for valuable consideration (no actual consideration having been paid, this conveyance being in the nature of a gift), do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Nattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of a 301 I right of way, 687.08 feet westerly along said southerly line from the westerly line of a 251 right of way (Reeve Avenue); said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Elmer D. Ruland to the parties of the second part; from said point of beginning running southerly along said land conveyed by Ruland to the parties of the second part, 166 feet, more or lase, to ordinary high water mark of Peconio Bay; thence westerly along said high water mark, 20 feet; thence northerly along land of the parties of the first part, 168 feet, more or lees, to said southerly line of said 307 right of way; thence easterly along said southerly line of said 30, right of way, 20 feet,to the point of beginning. t 1.18"RA626 rucE578 TOGETHER with all the land lying to the south of said described lot from the said bulkhead line to the high water mark of Peoonic Bay between the east and west lines extended.
