BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bay Avenue 100
feet as measured along said westerly side of Bay Avenue southerly

from the southeast corner of land of Adam V. Doroski; from said point
of beginning running thence in a westerly direction in a line per-
pendicular to the westerly line of Bay Avenue 150 feet; rmminF thar.c
in a southerly direction in the line parallel to the westerly line of
Bay Avenue 100 feet; running thence in an easterly direction in a
line perpendicular to the westerly line of Bay Avenue 150 feet to the
westerly line of Bay Avenue; running thence in a northerly direction
along the westerly line of Bay Avenue 100 feet to the point or place
of beginning.

TOGETHER with all the night, title and interest of the parties
of the first part, of, in and to that portion of Bay Avenue adjacent
to sold promises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by the
parties of the first part to the party of the second part by two
deeds recorded in Liber 41465 of deeds at page 1114 and Liber 4487 of
deeds at page 98. THIS BEING A CORRECTION DEED ,
to correct the frontage on Bay Avenue, this frontage correctly being
100 feet and not 150 feet as expressed in said deeds.
