WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to whom 70 letters
of administration were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on January 22, 1988 and by virtue of the power and authority given by Article II of the
Estates, Powers and Trusts law, and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND
and 00/100------------------- ($162,000. 00) --------------------dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and designated as Lot Number 52 and the Southerly
half of Lot Number 51 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Man of
Founders Estates, Inc. " so called, made by- Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. ,
bearing date the 18th day of March, 1927 and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 834, which said lot
and part of lot when taken together are more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection along the
Northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane with the Easterly side of Founders
Path; running thence North 280 35' 40" West along the Easterly side
of Founders Path, 80. 76 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 670
38' 40" East, 127. 06 feet to a concrete monument; thence South 220
21' 20" East along the Westerly side of Lots 57 and 58 , a distance of
77. 84 feet to the Northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane; thence South
661 27' 50" West along the Northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane, 118. 31
feet to the corner the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed
dated June 24, 1941 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
TAXMAP on June 25, 1941 in Liber 2170 Page 452.
DESIGNATION Premises are not subject to a Credit Line Mortgage.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
