ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and fmpro ements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingAm2he at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at
a monument'on the westerly line of a 251 right of way known as
"Reeve Avenue", said point of beginning being S. 40 491 E,-365.5 feet
along said westerly line from a monument at the northeasterly turner
of land of Leone D. Howell and the southeasterly corner of land of
McKee (form. Hoffman); said point of beginning being also the south-
easterly corner of land of Pocher & Roces; from said point of begin-
ning running along said westerly line of said 251 right of way known
as "Reeve Avenue", S. 40 491 E. 50.0 feet to a monument and land of
Corwin; thence along said land of Corwin, S. 850 101 W. 100.0 feet
to a monument on the easterly line of a 301 right of way (hereinafter
known as the "first 301 right of way"); thence along said easterly line
of said "first 30t right of way", N. 40 491 W.5010 feet to a monument
and said land of Pocher. & Roces; thence along said land of Pocher &
Roces, N. 850 101 E. 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with,a right of way over said 251 right of way known as
"Reeve Avenue" from the southeasterly corner of the premises north-
erly about.3585-feet to New Suffolk Avenue. -
.ALSO with a right of way over said 251 right of way known as
11Reeve Avenue" from-the southeasterly corner of the premises southerly
about 70 feet to a 30' right of way (hereinafter known as the "second
30' right of way").
ALSO with s right of way over the "first 30' right of way" from �
the northwesterlycorner of the premises southerly about 147 feet -.
to said "second 30' right of way." I `V
ALSO with a right of way over said "second 30' right of way' WV
from said 25' right of way known as "Reeve Avenue" westerly about
435 feet,to a str#p of land 60.5 feet wide,at it's northerly end
where it adjoins the southerly line of said "second 30' right of
way" and 95 feet, more or less, wide at its southerly end at
ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay.
ALSO WITH a right of way over said strip of land last here-
inabove described, said strip of land lying between land now or
formerly of Jones and land now or formerly of Hand.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as in deed from --
Anthony J. Mendo and Ruth M. Mends, his wife to the parties of the
first part herein, dated January 12, 1955 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 18, 1955 in Liber 3825' of mortgages
at page 124. 1
SUBJECT to a mortgage executed by William H. Cornell, Jr. and
Dorothy F. Cornell as mortgagors to the North Fork Bank and Trust
Company as mortgagee which mortgage is dated April 7th, 1958 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 8th, 1958 in
Liber.2995 at page 588, on which mortgage there is now due $3.5*42
with interest from.November 7, 1959, which mortgage the grantees
