WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release now the party of the second part,the heha
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and hnpruvemenh thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeingaLicbm near Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, described as follows: part of Lots 50,
51 and 52 as Shown on a map entitled Map of Nassau Farms" and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, as MaP No.
1179; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Sterling
Road, distant 70 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersec-
tion of the said northerly side of Sterling Road with the easterly side
of Horton Road, being the southeasterly corner of the land of Carlson;
running thence north 4 degrees 14, 00" west 150 feet to land of
Sterling; thence along said land of Sterling north 85 degrees 46' 00"
east 116.16 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 4 degrees 14t 00" east
150 feet to the northerly side of Sterling Road; thence along the
northerly side of Sterling Road south 85 degrees 46' 00" west 116.16
feet to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to two certain mortgages, as follows: (1) mortgage, dated
March 26, 1954, trade by the party of the first part to The North Fork
Bank and Trust Company, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 2192 of Mortgages at page 572, in the original prin-
cipal amount of $4,500.00; and (2f mortgage, dated June 24, 1958,
made by the party of the first part to The North Fork Bank and Trust
Company, and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 3047 of Mort-
gages, at page 529, in the original principal amount of $1,000.00
The combined amount of principal and interest owing on the aforemen-
tioned mortgages is $4,133.61, which $4,133.61 obligation the party
of the second part assumes and agrees to pay.
