REEVE, residing /at Mattituck, New York Y as executor of and trustee under the last will and testament of George H. Fleet ,late of Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York ,deceased, party of the first part,and J. TROWBRIDGE KIRKUP and FAYE KIRKUP,his wife, Cutchogue, residing at p4ettri#naok, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of TWO THOUSAND FIVE' HUNDRED AND 00/100 - - - - - - - - - - - - dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, at FleetTa Neck, near Cutchogue, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set at the northeasterly ccrner of lands of the parties of the second part, said monument being 150.0 feet easterly from West Creek Avenue as measured along the northerly line of lands of the parties of the second part; from said point of beginning running North 860 03' 40" East 95.0 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 55.0 feet, a dis- tance along said curve of 86.39 feet to a point; thence South 30 562 20" East 145.0 feet to a point; thence along lands of Todebush South 860 03' 40 " West 150.0 feet to the southeasterly corner of lands presently of the parties of the second part; thence North 3° 56' 20" West 200.0 feet along the easterly line of lands presently of the parties of the second part to the point or place of beginning. The northerly, easterly and aoutherly lines of the premises herein described being along other lands formerly of George H. Fleet estate.
