Main Rd. &Ydungs Ave.) N , Southold NY 11971 lc\ fie 414 .kto 1 Telephone: 631 765-1938 LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM TOWN OF SOUTHOLD MEMORANDUM To: John Bredemeyer, President Town of Southold Board of Trustees From: Mark Terry, Principal Planner LWRP Coordinator Date: June 12, 2015 Re: Local Waterfront Coastal Consistency Review for BRICK COVE MARINA, do DIANE-VAIL SCTM# 1000-57-1-38.3 Suffolk Environmental Consulting on behalf of BRICK COVE MARINA, do DIANE VAIL requests a Wetland Permit to reconstruct the existing +/-13' wide by +/-57' long boat ramp with +/-13' wide by +/- 16' long apron below AHW by removing all existing asphalt and unsuitable base material from boat ramp; within the section landward of the drain, repave the ramp with asphalt; within the section seaward of the drain, repave the boat ramp with concrete; reconstruct the existing run-off control drain; replace/repair the existing apron using 4'x4' sections of concrete slab; and a turbidity curtain will be utilized during project implementation. Located: 1760 Sage Boulevard, Greenport. SCTM# 57-1-38.3 The proposed actions have been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my determination that the action is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "A"which states: A. Maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or facility.
