Located: 1800 Park Way, Southold. SCTM#70-10-61.1 & 62.1 The proposed actions have been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions aiti CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. • 1. This recommendation is predicated on the assessment that the trees pose a threat to health, safety and welfare of residents. Manual removal should be required to prevent damage to wetland species. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
