WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One and 00100-----------

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the around part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being-imAx at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on
the northwesterly side of a 33 foot right of way at its northwest-
erly terminus on a gutter leading to James Creek, said point also
being the southeasterly corner of premises this day conveyed by John W.
Boutcher to the party of the second part herein; running thence
N. 480 001 E. along the northwesterly line of said right of way
105 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly line of another 33 foot
right of way; running thence S. 560 501 40" E. 33 feet, more or less,
to the southeasterly line of said first mentioned right of way and
the northwesterly line of property of the party of the first part
as conveyed by dead of John W. Boutcher dated November 23, 1951;
running thence 3. 480 001 W. along the southeasterly line of said
right of way 75 feet, more or less, to said gutter leading to James
Creek; running thence in a generally westerly direction along said
gutter 33 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the right of way granted
to the party of the first part by deed of John W. Boutcher dated
November 23;-1951. ''
