.ALL that certain plot, piece or pu rcel of land, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows: _
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof adjoining land now or
formerly of Maurice Hansen at a concrete monument set in the northerly
line of Wickham Avenue, also known as Middle Road and Oregon Road, and
from said beginning point running thence along the land now or formerly
of said Maurice Hansen North 530 06' West 244.90 feet to a concrete
monument set at the top of the bank; thence continuing on the same
course still along land now or formarly of Maurice Hansen 37 feet, more
or less, to the waters of Long Creek; thence along the waters of Long
Creek in an easterly direction to the land now or formerly of Geissinger
thence along land now or formerly of Gelsainger, South 530 04' East, 38
feet, more or less, to a concrete monument set in the top of the bank;
thence continuing the same course and along land now or formerly of
6assinger 2x5.70 feet to a concrete monument set in the northerly line
of Wickham Avenue; thence along the northerly line of Wickham Avenue,
South 450 O1' West 50 feet to the point or place of beginning; said
courses and dimensions being in accordance with a survey made by Alden
W. Young, P. E. a L. S., N.Y.S. Lic. No. 12845, dated May 13, 1959.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the fir t
part of, in and to the lands under the waters of Long Creek adjacent to
said premises; and together with all right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part of, in and to Wickham avenue lying in front of
and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Charles B. Kleinschmidt and Anna1,. KleinecHmidt,
his wife, by l/eed dated May 20, 1949, which said Deed was recorded in th
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 24, 1949 in Liber 2952, Page 391.
