veyed to said Doris E. Wilaberg by Julius Zebroeki by deed dated
January 2, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
In Liber 3176 of Deeds at Page 191; (1) South 800 39' 50" West,
164,67 feet; (2) South 740 41t lo" West, 52.53 feet; thence from
said stake So situated still along the Southeasterly line of OleJu-
lane the following two (2) courses and dlstanoes, South 740 41' 10"
West, 25.54 feet; South 640 41' 00" West, 83.05 feet to a Stake;
thence from Said stake South 340 47' 40" East, 137.58 feet to a
stake; thence North 690 02' 3o" East, 103.11 feet to a stake;
thence North 320 23' 40" West, 140.17 feet to the stake set at the
point or place of beginning;
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest of the party
of the first part, if any,. In and to Ole,)ulane in front of and adja-
cent to the above described premises.
