southerly line of a private road, S. 650 391 E. - 58;90 feet t8 a
concrete monument; thence along land of Marratooka Club, S. 11 27T E.
700 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of the Great
Peconic Bay; thence westerly along said ordinary high water mark 144
feet, more or less, to land of Anthopy LoCastro; thence along land of
