PARCEL CNE: All that ract or parcel of land together with the buildings
and improvements thereon, lying being and situate East of the Village
of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by the Middle
Road (so called); Easterly by lands formerly of John PA. Lupton and now
gf Martin Sidor; Southerly by the lands or right of way of the Lona_
Island Railroad Company and Westerly by the Mill Road `so called).
TOGETHER. with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in andto the Middle Road adjacent to said premises on the
North, the Mill Road adjacent to said premises on the West and the
Long Island Railroad Company adjacent to said premises on the South.
Being and intended to be the premises heretofore conveyed to
Preston e. Rul.and, party of the first part, by two separate deeds: one
by Henry 11, ',lines, dated March 11, 1891, and recorded in the Suffolk Cou Ity
Clerk's Office on April 1, 1891, in Liber 342 of Deeds at page426; and
one by Elmer D. Ruland and wife, dated February 3, 1930, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Febr:a ry 13, 1930,. in Liber 1484
of Deeds at page 468. EXCEPTING therefrom so much thereof as was here
tofore released and conveyed to the Long Island Railroad Company and to
the County of Suffolk.
PARCEL TWO: All that tract or parcel of land, together with the buildin s
and improvements thereon, lying, being and situate East of the Village
of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by the Middle
Road (so called), as presently laid out and existing, Easterly by Mill
Road or Lane (so called); Southerly by the lands or right of way of the
Long Island Railroad Company; and Westerly by land s of Nathaniel
Tuthill.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part in and to Middle Road t adjacent to said premises on the North
the Mill Road or Lane (so called) adjacent to said premises on the East
and the Long Island Railroad adjacent to said premises on the South.. _
The said parcels above described containing forty-seven (47) acres
be the same more or less.
