lying and being ixxbm at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and being, more particularly bounded
and described as follows. BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner
thereof and at the point on the easterly shore of James Creek at a
gutter separating the premises herein described from trie lands of
Leone D. Howell; running thence northerly along said easterly
shore of said James Creek about 300 feet to a line of locust posts;
running thence in a general northeasterly direction alonr. said line
of locust posts and land of Julius Zebroski about 390 feet to the
westerly side of said gutter and the lands now or formerly of
Fred Meyer; running thence along the winding course of said gutter
southerly, then westerly, then southerly, then southeasterly,
then southwesterly, then northwesterly, then southerly and then
southwesterly to the point of beginning. The said last course tciag
partly along the lands now or fonr,crly of Fred Meyer and partly
along the lands of Leone D. Howell.
