easterly and southerly side of South Lagoon Lane the following courses
and distances: (1) Along the are of a curve bearing to the right having
a radius of 135. feet, a distance of 98.70 feet to an iron pipe; (2) Along

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part in and to Harbarview Avenue. and South Lagoon Lane
lying adjacent to said premises to the centerlines thereof respectively
and • right of way over South Lagoon Lane and continuing to the Creek
and Old Hill 'Haven dock as now located on the Easterly side of the
Channel or creek with the right to the use and enjoyment of said dock.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the
parties of the first part to the parties of the second part by deed
dated September 24, 1958andrecorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on October 2, 1958 in Liber 4522 at page 563, this being a correction
deed to add the right, title and interest of the parties of the first
part to the right of way to the channel.
