creta monument and land late of Charles E. Hamilton; running thence
in a southerly or southeasterly direction along said land of Hamilton
ninety-five (95) feet to a concrete monument and land late of George
H. Riley; running thence in a westerly direction along said land of =

S. Wickham to the parties hereto by deed dated November 1, 1951
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerks Office on november 5, 1951 1
in Liber 3286 of deeds, page 184.
SUBJECT to a first purchase money mortgage in the sum of N5,700,00
given to secure part of the purchase price hereunder which is being
recorded simultaneously herewith.
