THIS INDENTURE,made the }}r,1 day of May laeteen hundred and fifty-nine
� IT BETWEEN JOSEPH BERN, JR., residing at #3 Sends Light Road, Port
Washington, New York
a party of the first part,and ANDREE JENSEN, residing at #556 DeMot Avenue,
Baldwin, Long Island, New York
party of the second part,
_ WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second par,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ia� at Fleets Neck, near Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Fleetwood Road distant
100 feet northerly from the northwest corner of land now or formerly
of Frank B. Ryder; running thence along the land now or formerly of
Woolley North 85 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds east 270 feet more or
less to East Creek; again starting at the said point of beginning and
running thence along the easterly side of Fleetwood Road North 5
degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds west 50 feet to land now or formerly
of Schwab; running thence along said land North 85 degrees 57 minutes
20 seconds east 270 feet more or leas to East Creek; running thence
along the said East Creek southerly 50 feet more or lees to the
easterly end of the course first above set forth.
TOGETHER with the right to use East Road for all purposes.
BEING the same premises conveyed by CHARLES H. WOOLLEY, SR. to
Im -JOSEPH HEHN, JR. by deed dated May 4, 1946 and recorded May 13, 1946,
in the County Clerk's Office, Suffolk County in Liber 2563, Page
