filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
August 16, 1922 as map #156.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Edith I. Skinner dated May 17,
1957 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suf—
Y folk May2 2. 1957, liber 4303 of conveyances, page 213.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the. party of
the first part ofq in and to. the land under the water of Little
Peconic Bay# and of the dock in front of the premises in said water
of Little Peconic Bay, abutting said premises.
