Neck Road at the southeasterly corner of land of Peter Helinski and
running thence along said westerly line of Pleat's Neck rtoad, S. 450
29' E. 100.0 feet to a cone rete monument at the northeasterly corner
of land of John J. Kane; thence along said land of John J. Kane
S. 44° 31' W. 150 feet to a monument; thence along other land of
the party of the first part N. 45° 29- W. 100.0 feet to a monument
and said land of Peter Helinski; thence along said land of Peter -
delinski N. 440 31' E. 150.0 feet to the point of bevinning.
