buildings thereon, situate at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County
New York, bounded and described as follows: On the south by the
Main Road, leading from Jamesport to Southold; on the north by lands
formerly of Charles Brown; on the east by lands now of Claude
Terpening; on the west by lands now of Anne Spilger; being the
same premises conveyed by Bridget Short to Margaret Doren (now
Gildersleeve) by dead dated December 27, 1888 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's office on January 24, 1889 in Liber 316 of Deeds page
97, containing an estimation about three-eights of an acre more or les .
Also being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Margaret D
Gildersleeve to Annie D. Gildersleeve by dead dated 30th day of March
1929 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkla Office on March 300 1929
in Liber 1423 pagel69.

use, occupation, benefit and enjoyment of the above conveyed premises
for and during the full term and continuance of her natural life.
