BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner thereof at a monument set
In the westerly side of a certain right of way, 25 feet wide, lead-
ing southerly from New Suffolk Avenue to Feconic Bay (sometimes
referred to as Camp Mineola Road and sometimes as Reeves Avenue)
distant southerly as measured along the westerly side of said right
of way 537.60 feet from the southerly or southwesterly side of Kraus
Road, said point of beginning being about 2,529 feet southerly from
New Suffolk Avenue; running thence South 14 degrees 35 minutes 00
seconds East along the westerly side of said right of way 105 feet
to a monument set in the northeasterly corner of land of Hudolph A.
Libath and Enma L. Libath, his wife; running thence South 75 degrees
25 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly line of land last
mentioned 150 feet to a monument set in the easterly side of a pri-
vate road, 50 feet wide; running thence North 14 degrees 35 minutes
00 seconds West along the easterly side of said private road 105 feet

to a monument set in the southwesterly corner-of-:other-landof Feter
F. Rreh; running thence North 75 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East
along the southerly line of land lastkentioned 150 feet to the
monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
thekight of way 25 feet wide, adjoining the above described premises
on the East as it leads southerly from New Suffolk Avenue to Feconic
Bay.
ALSO together with an easement for ingress and egress over and
upon the private road, 50 feet wide, ad,jokning the above described
premises on the West, and as it leads northerly in front of the
above described premises and thence easterly to the right of way
above mentioned, 25 feet wide, adjoining the premises on the East.
TOGETHER also with an easement over said 50 foot right of way south-
erly to the parcel hereinafter described for access between said

basin: BEGINNING at a stake set on the westerly line of e 50' private
road at the southeasterly line of a dredged canal, said point of
beginning being N. 860 03' W.-174.75 feet from an iron pipe at the
northwesterly corner of land of Rambo;. said point of beginning being
also about 500' westerly from the westerly line of a 25' right of
way leading to New Suffolk Avenue: from said point of beginning
running southerly along said westerly line of said 50' private road,
60 feet to a stake; thence southwesterly along land of the party of
the first part, 10 feet, thence northerly along the easterly edge
of a proposed dredged canal, 60 feet to said southeasterly edge of
said dredged canal; thence northeasterly along said southeasterly
edge of said dredged canal, 10 feet to the point of beginning.
