THIS INDENTURE,made the 10th day of November ,nineteen hundred and fifty-nine,
BETWEEN HERBERT G. DITTMER, of Main Road, Jamesport, Suffolk County,
New York,
puny of the first part,and JOHN H. GREENFIELDT and ELLEN F. G REFNFIELDT, his
wife, of 20 Stuyvesant Oval, New York 9, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSEfM,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second put forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and imm
proveents thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ixEfmt at Fleets Neck, near Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of West Road
where the same is intersected by the westerly side of land now or
formerly of Adelaide Cleaves Frost; running thence along the southerly
side of West Road South 68 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West 100 feet
to other lands of Herbert G. Dittmar; thence along said land the follot
ing courses and distances: (1) South 28 degrees 27 minutes 5,0 second:
East. 46.83 feet; (2) South 62 degrees 18 minutes East 79.36 feet;
(3) South 28 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds East 154 feet, more or les:
to Peconic Bay; running thence along the same to land now or formerly
of Frost, the tie line thereof bearing North 63 degrees 16 minutes
East having a length of 55.07 feet; thence along said land of Frost
North 28 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds West 256 feet more or less to
