Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and deed made by Doris A.Thomas f/k/a Doris A
Cornelius recorded the 23`d day of February 1994 in Liber 11664 Page 802 in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County and deed made by Kim S.Cornelius recorded the 25's day of August
2009 in Liber 12597 Page 831 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County to the Kim S.
Cornelius.
It is the intent of the party of the first part herein to convey all of their rights title and interest into
the subject premises.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof:TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the parties herein granted unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
