by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County,New York,on July 13, 2015 and by virtue
of the power and authority given by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY—FIVE THOUSAND and 00/100

release unto the party of the second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

4 ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying
and being-inAle- at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 6 and part of Lots 5 and 7 as shown on
Map of Eugene Heights and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October
29, 1928 as Map #856, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly side of Oak Street distant 111.00 feet
northeasterly as measured along the southeasterly side of Oak Street from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of Oak Street and the
northeasterly side of Harbor Lane; running thence North 43° 08' 30" East along
the southeasterly side of Oak Street 49.55 feet to a point; thence South 66° 55'
00" East 195.37 feet to the mean high water mark of East Creek (Eugene's Creek);
thence along East Creek the following two (2) tie courses and distances: (1) South
61° 46' 57" West 67.82 feet to a point; (2) South 36° 01' 42" West 39.27 feet to
a point; thence North 51° 25' 40" West 167.23 feet to the monument on the
southeasterly side of Oak Street, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises as described in deed made by
Edward Schultz and Helen Schultz, his wife; Benjamin Jackowski and Maddy Jackowski,
his wife; and Charles Wild and Sylvia Wild, his wife, recorded 08-02-71, Liber
6977 page 508.
Together with the party of the first part's right, title and interest in the
land now or formerly under high water mark of East Creek (Eugene's Creek) and
to any accretions.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also all
the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises,and also the estate therein,
which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or otherwise; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the distributees or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
