DePriest as mortgagor to May C. Lupton and Isabelle S. Conklin as mortgagees, which mortgage in datedDecember 11, 1958 and was recorded on December 15, 1959 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in liber 3134 of mortgages, at page 285, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $10 750, with interest at the rate of 5% per annum from December 11, 195b, and that the grantee hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and Interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
