Southold, Suffolk County,New York 11935.

SCHEDULE"A" -PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
AN UNDIVIDED ONE-SEVENTH (1/7)INTEREST in and to the hereafter described property,together
with improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
LoT#1: BEGINNING at a stake on the westerly side of a certain roadway leading from New Suffolk
Avenue to"Beachwood Colony"and adjoining meadow land of Arthur Downs on the South;running
thence along said meadowland of Arthur Downs No. 81 34'W.-148.28 feet to a stake;thence along
said meadowland of said Arthur Downs or meadowland of Hallock, N. 51 42'20"W. -65.40 feet to
a stake; thence along other land formerly of John and Edna Downs, No. 72 18' 30"E. -161.85 feet
to a stake on the westerly side of above mentioned road;thence along said roadway, S. 21 29'40"E.
-119,75 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
LOT #2: BEGINNING at a stake set in the northeasterly corner of land described in boundary
agreement dated the 22'd day of January, 1927, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,
in Liber 1256, Page 217 et seq. on the 12th day of March, 1927,being also the northeasterly corner
of lands shown on a certain map of property filed and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office,
to accompany said boundary agreement, under No. 819, and being also the northeasterly corner of
lands heretofore conveyed by Oliver B.Goldsmith and Athelstane Kendrick,as Executors,to Ernest
E. Belfi and another deed dated the 7`h day of July, 1923,in Liber 1078 of deeds,page 159,and then
by Ernest Belfi to Margaret Reinhard and another by deed dated the 5`h day of March, 1958,in Liber
4438, page 102 and running thence in the extension easterly of the northerly line of land conveyed
by said deed and described in said boundary agreement and map North 89 58'30" East, 85 ft. more
or less to the westerly line of a 20ft.right of way, over land formerly of John Downs,running from
New Suffolk Avenue southerly to land conveyed by said deed and boundary agreement;thence along
the line of said right of way South 0 01'30"East, 37.48 ft. more or less to, through and across said
right of way,as it turns in a generally westward direction,to the southerly side of said right of way;
thence along the southerly side of said right of way,south 74 42'0"West, 105 ft. more or less to the
easterly line of land conveyed by said deed and described in said boundary agreement and map;
thence North 19 15' 30" east, 67.10 ft. more or less to the point of Beginning.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
same for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
