This was a request for a variance under Article XIII, Section 100-239.4B of the Zoning Code. Location of Property: 1050 West Cove Road, at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, NY; County Parcel ID 1000-111-5-1 containing 1.54 acres. WHEREAS, an application was filed based upon the March 14, 1996 Notice of Disapproval from the Building Inspector, which action determined Lot #1000-136-1-19 to be merged, and held in common ownership with an adjacent lot #1000-136-1-29 at some time since July 1, 1983; WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing was advertised and calendared for May 1, 1996, recessed as requested by applicant until May 29, 1996, and again June 26, 1996, and on June 26, 1996 a written letter from applicant to withdraw this application was received; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion by Chairman Goehringer, seconded by Member Doyen, it was RESOLVED, that Application for a Waiver under File No. 4376 in behalf of Scott A. Russell and another, BE AND HEREBY IS WITHDRAWN, AS IU-1QUESTEID.
