paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

which plot is bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING on the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
line of Midway Road with the easterly line of West Lake Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 410 15 , 5011 East along the southerly line of
Midway Road 112 .66 feet to a monument set on the division line
between Plots 114 and 115 on said map;
THENCE South 210 14 ' 40" West along said division line 239 feet to
the bulkhead along Little Peconic Bay;
THENCE North 700 281 20" West along said bulkhead 99 .98 feet to the
division line between Plots 115 and 116 on said map;
THENCE North 210 141 40" East partly along said last mentioned division
line and partly along the easterly line of West Lake Road , 294 feet
