The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees
regarding your request for a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance
for the above captioned.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees APPROVE a WAIVER of the
Wetland Ordinance as requested by Frank Zaleski on behalf of
Tony Helies to replace supports under an existing house on
property located at Marratooka Point, Mattituck.
