Frohnhoefer of Water Thrills Inc.. Prior to the installatic%a I requested that he apply for a perm/t on my behalf and he advised that he had checked Townof Southold records which showed that a dock had been installed byprevious o~ers ~nd that no application was necessary. He said that he noted on the record that the deCk w~s re-installed as of May 1978. I never was given a copy of said notatic~ or new permit, believing that every- thing %fas done properly. Assuming that allis not in order, I mn enclosing a new application for your review and approval.
