Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member Gerard P. Goehringer, Member - Ken Schneider, Member Eric Dantes, Member Stephen Kiely,Assistant Town Attorney (left 5:50 p.m.) Vicki Toth, Zoning Board Assistant Absent was: George Horning, Member Call to Order at 5:04 P.M.by Chairperson Weisman. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A. Attorney/Client 5:05 P.M. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Dantes to enter Executive Session.Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution - was duly adopted (4-0). Member Horning was absent. 5:50 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member Goehringer, to exit Executive Session. POSSIBLE BOARD RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARINGS: PETER COCOLARAS#6897—(Adjourned from 12/3/15PH) Request for variances Article III - Section 280-15 and 280-15D and the building inspector's Notice of Disapproval dated September 29. 2015, amended October 28, 2015 based on an application for a building permit to construct an accessory garage, at: 1) location other than the code required rear yard, 2) dormers at more than the maximum code allowable 40% of roof width, located at; 1095 Hyatt Road Southold, NY. SCTM#1000-50-1-14. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Schneider to close the hearing reserving decision. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. BEN and DIANE BENEDIKTSSON#6900—(Adjourned from 12/3/15PH) Request for Variance from Article III Code Section 280-15C and the Building Inspector's April 6, 2015, renewed October 1, 2015 Notice of Disapproval based on an application for building permit to construct an accessory garage, at; 1) square footage of more than the maximum code allowed of 750 square feet, located at: 1655 Evergreen Drive Cutchogue, NY. SCTM#1000-102-1-4.5. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer to close the hearing reserving decision.Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).Member Horning was absent. RESOLUTION ADOPTED:Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to authorize advertising of hearings for the next Regular Meeting to be held January 7, 2016 at 8:30 AM.Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting held December 3, 2015.Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. This Resolution,was duly adopted(4-0).Member Horning was absent. There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Chairperson Weisman declared the meeting adjourned.
