Klapper,as grantor, to Nancy C. Stein,as grantee,recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 20,2002 in Liber 12210 at page 244.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the Grantee,the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the Grantor will

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected,situate, lying and being at East Marion in the Town of Southold,County
of Suffolk and State of New York,which plot is known as and by Lots Nos. 137 and 138
as shown on a map entitled,"Map of Section Two,Gardiner's Bay Estates,situate at East
Marion, Long Island," which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 23, 1927 under Map No. 275.

ALL that southerly part of Lot No. 136 on said Map of Section Two Gardiner's Buy
Estates, No. 275, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of Lot 137 on said map, and
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Cedar Lane one (1) foot to
land conveyed to Charles Kudile and wife by Liber 2553, page 296;
