TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the

THENCE North 65 degrees 26 minutes 34 seconds West along last mentioned land, 329.22 feet to land now or formerly
of Jane Dunham Crary;
THENCE North 21 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East along last mentioned land, 258.86 feet to a monument;
