WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or

RUNNING thence along said southeasterly line of Calves Neck Road north 26
degrees, 22 minutes, 00 seconds east, a distance of 168.60, feet to a point marked by a
monument;
J RUNNING thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 22.39 feet, a
distance along said curve of 41.62 feet to a monument on the southwesterly line of
Calves Neck Road;
RUNNING thence along said southewesterly line of Calves Neck Road two courses
as follows: (1) south 47 degrees, 08 minutes, 10 seconds east, a distance of 90.24 feet
to a point marked by a monument;
THENCE (2) south 45 degrees, 04 minutes, 30 seconds east, a distance of 149.29
feet to point marked by a monument and land of Arthur L.R. Francisco and wife;
RUNNING thence along said land of Francisco, south 50 degrees, 22 minutes,
00 seconds west, a distance of 189.10 feet to a monument and land of Frank C. Hendrickson
and wife;

the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
t; trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the asfirst to
