Folts 90 Oak Street Cutchogue, NY 11935 RE: 90 OAK STREET, CUTCHOGUE SCTM: 1000-136-1-54 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Folts: With regard to your letter dated October 27, 2015 requesting that two trees in your yard which are located in the wetlands be cut down, and that you would like to replace said two trees; the Board of Trustees determined that the trees may be cut down with the,stumps to remain, that the two trees may be replaced with two new trees, and that the cut trees be removed from the property. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Folts and Kathleen M. Folts)have two trees that are dead/dying on our property at 90 Oak Street,Cutchogue and we request a permit/permission to remove these two trees and prune dead wood from a couple of other trees. We also give permission to the Trustees to visit our property to look at the trees. We would also like approval to plant two trees on the property-most likely in the spring.
