paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

said lot is more particularly bounded and described according to

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Longview
Lane distant southerly 840 .0 feet from the extreme southwesterly
end of a curve connecting the southeasterly side of Longview Lane
with the southwesterly side of Bayview Road, said point also being
where the division line between Lots 43 and 44 as shown on said map
intersect the southeasterly side of Longview Lane; running thence
along said division line South 51° 53 ' 30" East, 125.0 feet; thence

125.0 feet to the southeasterly side of Longview Lane; thence along

party of the first part by deed dated September 6 , 1988 and recorded
