Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one-story, wood framed dwelling. Accompanied by John L. Moore, Jr., of the Silkworth Real Estate office, I began this inspection at approximately 10:00 A.M. The building, constructed on locust posts, consists of three bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room with fireplace., kitchen and dining room combined, and a laundry room. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil-fired hot water furnace located in. utility room. Utility room is accessible from exterior on front entry side of building and was constructed as a lean-to on the deck serving front entry. Deck extends to north end and partially to the west on the north end of building extending just beyond entry to kitchen. The following violation of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, New York, was found: Utility room - insufficient ventilation for an enclosure containing heat producing equipment, Article V, Section 52-53 G 1. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B.
