No. 4898 - PETER PSYLLOS. This is a request for a Variance under Article III, Section 100-32 based on the Building Department's September 13. 2000 Notice of Disapproval regarding a building permit for an as built in-ground pool and raised patio. The raason provided in the Disapproval states that the proposed project adds 3600+- square feet of additional lot coverage, which will exceed the code limitation of 20 percent. Location of Property: 2867 Ruth Road Extension, Mattituck. NY: Parcel 1000~106-1-1.11 The Board of Appeals will at the above time and place hear all persons or their representative desidng to be heard or to submit written statements (before the headng is concluded).
