SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Chapter 100
(Zoning), Code of the Town of Southold, the following application will be heard at a public headng by
the SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New
York 11971, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2001, at the time noted below (or as soon thereafter as
possible):
6:15 p.m. Appl. No. 4877 - KENNETH ROBINS. This s a request for a Variance under Article III. Section
100-33A, based on the Building Department's August 21, 2000 Notice of Disapproval of an application for a
second floor addition to existing accessory garage with a median height to collar ties above the code limitation of
18 feet. A median height is requested at 19 feet. Location of Property: 365 Pequash Ave. Cutchogue; Parcel
No. 1000-103-7-29
The Board of Appeals will at the above time and place hear all persons or their representative
desidng to be heard orto submit wdtten statements (before the hearing is concluded). This hearing will
not start eadier than designated. Files are available for review dudng regular Town Hall business hours
