WI'PNESSEI'H,ihat the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as part of lots 7 and 8 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Founders Estates" , and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 10, 1927 as Map No. 834, said
part of lots being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument of the northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane
distant 75 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane and the westerly side of
Founders Path;
RUNNING THENCE South 64 degrees 05 minutes west along the northerly
side of L'Hommedieu Lane 75 feet to a monument-;
THENCE North 25 degrees 55 minutes west along the easterly sides of
lots 3 and 4, 100 feet to the southerly side of lot 6;
THENCE North 64 degrees 05 minutes east along the southerly side of
lot 6, 75 feet to a point;
THENCE through lots 7 and 8, south 25 degrees 55 minutes east 100
feet to the northerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
